All items offered for sale by A. G. & S. Gillis are guaranteed genuine and as described. We aim to provide a straightforward, traditional and reliable service to collectors worldwide.

Description & Authenticity

Every item is carefully described and guaranteed to be authentic. If an item is found not to be genuine, it may be returned at any time for a full refund.

Ordering

To order or reserve an item, please contact us by email or telephone, quoting the stock number and description. We will confirm availability and reserve the item for you. Items are held for a reasonable period while payment is arranged and are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank Transfer (preferred for UK and international orders)
• Cheque (UK customers)
• PayPal: a surcharge of 5.5% will be applied to the total amount to cover the fees we incur. Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (£).
• Credit Card Online card payment is not offered as a standard option, but can be arranged if no alternative is available. If required, please provide your mobile number and an SMS payment link will be sent to you. For security reasons, items can only be sent to the cardholder’s address.

Prices

This is a fixed‑price website. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£). Postage is charged at cost; no additional handling fees are applied.

Postage & Insurance

Items are sent using appropriate insured services. Full details can be found on our Postage & Insurance page.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are returned in the same condition. Please notify us before returning any item.

International Customers

We regularly ship worldwide. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or restrictions applicable in their country.
