Ordering from A. G. & S. Gillis is straightforward. We aim to provide a clear, traditional and reliable service for collectors worldwide. If you have any questions at any stage, please feel free to contact us.

Placing an Order

You may order by email, telephone, or by using our online Order Form . Simply provide the stock number and description of the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will confirm availability and reserve the item for you. All items are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank Transfer — preferred for both UK and international orders.
• Cheque — available to UK customers.
• PayPal — a surcharge of 5.5% applies to cover fees. Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (£).
• Credit Card — not offered as a standard online option, but can be arranged if no alternative is available. If required, please provide your mobile number and an SMS payment link will be sent to you. For security reasons, items can only be sent to the cardholder’s address.

Postage & Packing

Postage is charged at cost and depends on destination, weight and value. All items are securely packed and sent using appropriate insured services. Full details can be found on our Postage & Shipping page.

Returns & Guarantee

All items are guaranteed genuine and as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, provided it is returned in the same condition. Please see our Reputation & Guarantee page for full details.

International Customers

We regularly ship to collectors worldwide. International orders are welcome, and we will advise on the most suitable insured service for your country.
