Roman Jezerine Brooch. A Jezerine‑type brooch made from a single piece of bronze, with the classic arched and lightly faceted bow and a forward‑projecting foot. Mid 1st Century A.D. Cf. Richard Hattatt, Brooches of Antiquity, p. 25, no. 746 for a similar example. Length 45 mm. Complete with working pin. This type is strongly associated with Roman military use along the Danubian frontier.
