Roman Kräftig Profilierte Brooch. A well‑made bronze brooch of the Kräftig Profilierte type, featuring a sharply tapered ribbed bow, pronounced moulded head, and a knobbed foot above an elongated catchplate. A classic, well‑balanced example of this early Roman form. 1st Century A.D. Cf. Richard Hattatt, Brooches of Antiquity, p. 35, no. 763. Length 42 mm. Complete with its original working pin.
